2. Service Bookings & Payment

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes are estimates and may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, duties, or route changes.
• Clients must provide accurate cargo descriptions, weight, dimensions, and declared value.
• Payment terms are specified in the invoice or service agreement. Fees exclude taxes and customs duties unless otherwise stated.

3. Liability

One Logistics FZ LLC acts as a freight forwarder and logistics agent. Where applicable, our services are governed by the liability terms of airlines, shipping lines, carriers, and relevant international shipping conventions.

We shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by customs authorities, force majeure events, carrier negligence, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients are strongly advised to obtain appropriate cargo insurance for all shipments.

4. Prohibited Goods & Compliance

Clients must not ship goods prohibited under UAE law or international regulations.

Clients are solely responsible for complying with import and export regulations in both the origin and destination countries. One Logistics FZ LLC may assist with documentation but accepts no responsibility for penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Cancellations & Intellectual Property

Cancellation of confirmed bookings may be subject to charges, depending on the stage of shipment processing.

All website content, including logos, text, graphics, images, trademarks, and other materials, is the intellectual property of One Logistics FZ LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

One Logistics FZ LLC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.
